An associate professor of management in Hopkins’ Carey Business School, Calvin is director of the university’s Leadership Development Program for Minority Managers. He specializes in leadership and management practice, learning and culture, and global leadership and community transformation, and he has experience in executive and managerial coaching, diversity management, and systemic organizational development. Calvin holds a BFA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a PhD from New York University.
