Integrated Student Information System (ISIS)
ISIS is the University-wide system of record for student-related and course-related information.
ISIS Self-Service, which is web-based, can be used by students, faculty, and administrators (given the appropriate access). Students may use this system to manage their course enrollments, view their grades and unofficial transcripts, and view their student account. Faculty who are instructors may use this system to view their course rosters and enter grades at the end of each semester. Faculty who serve as a student advisor may also use this system to view the records for students who are majoring or minoring in their area(s). Administrative staff can use the web-based side of ISIS to enter DGA (see DGA above) or, if they have proxy access, to view course rosters or advisee lists just as the faculty in their department would.
Production ISIS is typically used by department administrators to prepare course information for their department or program ahead of each upcoming semester.
