UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM – THIS WEEKThe 2014 Undergraduate Research Symposium will be held this Thursday, April 17th.

We would like to congratulate Francesco Emiliani, Chris Hampton, Myunsung Ko, Sam Kang and Jay Shi on successfully defending their work to complete their concurrent BA/MS degrees.  NICE JOB!!!

SPRING SOCIAL – RSVP NEEDEDThe Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology Summer Social will be held on Saturday, May 3rd from 2:00 – 6:00 pm at Dr. Gorman’s residence.

We are arranging for transportation and you are welcome to bring a friend!  Please stop by the office with your $5.00 refundable deposit by Monday, April 28th to RSVP.  Your deposit will be refunded the day of the social.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STEM FAIR JUDGES NEEDED

We are still looking for judges for the Elementary School STEM Fair to be held on
April 23rd from 9:00 - 10:00 am. A light breakfast will be provided for all judges.

Email Allie DiGioia (adigioi2@jhu.edu) if you are interested.  (You will receive NRP hours for this event.

MAJOR AMBASSADORS NEEDED

We are once again asking upperclassman to act as Major Ambassador Mentors to the newly declared Sophomores.

There will be a Major Ambassador/Mentee “Meet and Greet” on April 23rd from 4:00-5:00 pm.

If you are interested in becoming a Major Ambassador, then contact Caitlin Hepps Keeney (cheppsk1@jhu.edu ) or Maxwell Towe (mtowe1@jhu.edu) before April 18th.

GRADUATION RECEPTION- SENIORS

The Annual Behavioral Biology, Neuroscience and Psychological and Brain Sciences Department will be hosting a Graduation Reception on Wednesday, May 21st at 4:00 pm.

An invitation will be sent that will need an RSVP.

We are excited to currently have 31 members and plan to roll out our
Alumni Project very soon.

The Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology Conference Room,
located in 414 Dunning Hall,
is open for your gathering & studying pleasure.
