The Franklin Center for Global Exchange, through the William F. Clinger, Jr. Award, has made $10,000 available to the Krieger School of Arts & Sciences in support of undergraduate international research. These funds will be awarded to one student or divided between two to four successful applicants who wish to pursue an independent international research project. KSAS freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are eligible to apply. Seniors are not eligible for this award.
Applicants must have financial need, and their independent research project topic, with clear academic goals, must be international in scope. A final paper (approximately 10 pages) must describe the academic results of the study and will be due at the completion of the research project. This paper will be sent to the Franklin Center, with permission to share it with the public.
