Joseph Molko ’94

Joseph R. Molko, is Vice President and Senior Counsel in the Content Distribution and Marketing Group at MTV Networks. His responsibilities include negotiating, structuring and drafting agreements for distribution of MTV Networks television programming services (including MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Spike and TV Land), as well as agreements for distribution of content on new and emerging platforms. Previously, he served as an attorney in the Intellectual Property and Litigation Group of MTV Networks Business and Legal Affairs department. His responsibilities included providing advice and managing claims and litigations relating to all MTV Networks' businesses. Prior to joining MTV Networks, he practiced law in New York City at Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and Fordham Law School, and after graduating law school, served as a law clerk to Judge Kevin Thomas Duffy in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
