Liz Zeuschner ’98

Liz Zeuschner is a Vice President of new product development at MuniMae, a real estate and clean energy finance company. In this role, her primary responsibilities are to market MuniMae’s new private equity investment opportunities to institutional investors and manage these investors through the closing process. Prior to joining MuniMae, Liz worked at Fannie Mae for more than seven years most recently on the Fixed-Income Marketing Team where she helped to communicate important aspects of Fannie Mae debt and mortgage-backed securities to current and potential investors. The majority of Liz’s tenure at Fannie Mae was spent in a consulting capacity, helping private companies and governments to improve operational capacity in a number of mortgage related entities. She managed project teams in Japan, Jamaica, South Africa, Russia and Mexico. Liz also received her MBA from the University of Maryland ’s Robert H. Smith School of Business on a part-time basis.
