Neil Seidman ’89

After graduation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992, Neil joined a boutique law firm located in Washington, D.C. that specialized in securities law and mergers and acquisitions. Neil relocated to Florida in 1996 to join the corporate law department of a large law firm located in West Palm Beach, Florida. After several years, Neil went in house with a client, SBA Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: SBAC), to run its mergers and acquisitions department. Over the past 10 years, Neil has been responsible for over 350 separate acquisitions amounting to over $3.5 billion of aggregate deal value. Neil is also a partner in a law firm with two offices in South Florida, and the president of a mergers and acquisitions advisory company.
