Project Description

The objective of this study was to investigate childhood obesity and obesity prevention strategies in U.S. and European setting in order to explore ways to effectively tackle this issue in our country. The study was conducted via one-on-one interviews with various health professionals in Germany, Spain, England, Denmark, Belgium, and France. I discovered what factors are most important in influencing child obesity and subsequently provided recommendations for improving our country’s obesity rates.
