Professor Patricia Rivero will give a seminar entitled “Hegemonic Crisis, Fascism and Human Rights”. Dr. Rivero is a professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and the Visiting Professor at the Arrighi Center for Global Studies at JHU.

The Arrighi Center’s weekly general seminar is open to faculty, students (graduate and undergraduate), visiting scholars at JHU and beyond, and friends from around the world.
