Students who meet the criteria for honors will receive a special notation in the graduation program and on their transcripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Honors Thesis<\/strong><\/a> approved by your faculty mentor is required to receive honors in addition to a 3.5 GPA and six credits of research. For all info click here. The honors thesis requires that you provide significant independent contributions<\/em> to your research project. Note during the semester prior to the semester of graduation<\/strong>, you must submit an Honors Application form<\/strong><\/a> which includes an abstract and must be signed by your faculty mentor no later than the final day to drop classes (approximately 1 month into the semester). More materials will be required the semester you graduate. See below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
