Congratulations to the following East Asian studies graduates on their excellent achievements!

Christina Meyer, who graduated this year with a BA in public health and East Asian studies, will travel to China to research the impact of catastrophic health events on patterns of rural to urban migration in the Nanjing region. After her Fulbright year, Meyer plans to continue her research in the field of public health, focusing on improving access to quality health care in developing Asian nations.

Katie Botto, who graduated this year with a BA in East Asian studies, international studies, and sociology, has won a Fulbright award to Korea, and she was selected as the inaugural SAIS Reischauer Institute Fellow (2015–2016) from Homewood.

Congratulations also go to Danny Jeon and Cole Novatt for their admission to the SAIS BA-MA program.
