Over the course of my senior spring semester, I had the opportunity to identify writers and directors for projects in active development and give notes on everything from revisions to pitches to sizzle reels. Addy Perlman, a JHU alum and Belletrist&#8217;s coordinator, made sure that all interns left with concrete skills, prepared for an entertainment industry career after graduation.
