If you are a faculty member, affiliate, postdoc, or graduate student at any Baltimore college or university and would like to present your work, please fill out the form below. About Humanities in the Village events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Time<\/strong>: Always at 6:30 p.m. on the last Monday of each month
Location<\/strong>:
The Ivy Bookshop patio, Mt. Washington<\/a>\u00a0(whenever weather permits)\u00a0OR<\/strong>\u00a0Bird in Hand bookshop, Charles Village<\/a>.
Format<\/strong>: Scholars present short and publicly accessible excerpts of ongoing research in humanities subjects\/projects, followed by spirited sessions of collective discussion and feedback.
Audience<\/strong>:\u00a0These events draw a diverse audience of local teachers, students, professionals, activists, book lovers, and public intellectuals. The intimate setting provides scholars with the invaluable opportunity to fold critical dialogue into their ongoing projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
