For the EAS Speaker Series Spring 2025, Wayne Soon, <\/strong>Associate Professor, Program of the History of Medicine in the Department of Surgery; Program of History of Science, Medicine, and Technology, University of Minnesota Twin Cities, will present on comparative histories of health insurance. using China and Taiwan as case studies, he will argue that these histories can be a productive lens to reexamine nation-building processes, political patronage, and industrial productivity. <\/p>\n
