Thursday, November 7th<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 5 PM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Gilman 479<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Armageddon In Our Time?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Professor Sidra DeKoven Ezrahi, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thirty-seven acres of \u201creal estate\u201d in Jerusalem, encompassing the Temple Mount and Al Aqsa, are the epicenter of the intensifying religious war between Jews and Muslims that has evolved from political strife. Based on her recently published book, Figuring Jerusalem: Politics and Poetics in the Sacred Center<\/em>, Sidra DeKoven Ezrahi will share some thoughts on the current bloodbath unfolding in Israel\/Palestine.
