Presentation Sessions

We have twenty classrooms reserved for presentations running concurrently; presenters are arranged into panels of 3-4 people, and each panel is assigned a classroom and a session. For example, your presentation might be in Session A, Room Gilman 119. There is a 15-minute gap in the schedule before each session; if you have a digital element of your presentation (such as a PowerPoint or a video), make sure that you show up 15 minutes before the panel starts so you have a chance to upload your file to the conference room computer!
