Johns Hopkins Enterprise Directory (JHED) – The Johns Hopkins Enterprise Directory (JHED) is a central repository for identity information for faculty, staff, and students within the Johns Hopkins Institutions. Identity information includes but is not limited to your First Name, Last Name, Title, Phone and Work Address. The directory is populated nightly from the various Systems of Record (SOR) across the institution. Examples of a few SOR’s include; Financial System (SAP) and the Student Systems.
Active Directory Services – The Enterprise Active Directory Forest (AD) is open to all Johns Hopkins Institutions. The user accounts in the directory are automatically provisioned and de-provisioned from the Johns Hopkins Enterprise Directory (JHED).
