In a recent article on Ergonomics in the workplace, our Director of PHS and injury prevent expert, Dr. Maria Bulzacchelli, gave some tips for more becoming comfortable and efficient while working at the office or from home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some key advice Dr. B gave is to “Listen to your body,” “Consider ways to make your workday easier,” and “Ask your supervisor if you can have flexibility in how or when you do your tasks.
