Twelve Johns Hopkins University students have been awarded the prestigious NextGen Service Fellowship<\/strong>, a new international program supporting student engagement in global development. Among the recipients are two recent Public Health Studies graduates: Ira Chaturvedi (A&S ’25)<\/strong>, who earned a degree in neuroscience and public health studies, and Lillian Hudanich (A&S ’25)<\/strong>, who majored in natural sciences and public health studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The fellowship, supported by The Rockefeller Foundation<\/strong> and administered by the Institute of International Education<\/strong>, provides four weeks of fully funded travel and placement with nonprofit and community-based organizations across Africa, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Fellows will contribute to initiatives in public health, education, agriculture, and more, while gaining valuable experience and professional development in international service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
