Interested in studying global migration and refugees while living in Washington, D.C.?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Join us for an in-person<\/em> information session on Thursday, October 3<\/strong>, where you\u2019ll learn about the Hopkins Semester D.C.<\/em> program, themed Global Migration and Refugees<\/strong>. This immersive program offers selected students the opportunity to explore global migration, immigration, and refugee movements from a holistic perspective\u2014covering everything from the causes of migration to the varied experiences of migrants and refugees based on race, gender, and class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this unique semester, students will take KSAS courses, complete an independent research project, intern in D.C., and experience life at the new JHU Bloomberg Center Building<\/strong>. Additionally, there’s the potential for a capstone trip to the U.S.-Mexico border (pending grant funding<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
