We are still available every Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, but students will now pre-book a 15-minute slot to ensure they get prompt, one-on-one attention.&nbsp;And instead of just one staff member holding drop-ins each week, all three of our research staff will be available for booking. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students may <a href=\"https:\/\/outlook.office.com\/book\/JohnsHopkinsUniversity3110128@live.johnshopkins.edu\/s\/TXz4iAaVeUeYgSetqXoWIQ2?ismsaljsauthenabled\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">use this link to schedule a virtual appointment<\/a>. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance; a unique meting link will be shared upon booking.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>URSCA\u2019s virtual office hours are intended to give students the opportunity to ask questions, receive advice,&nbsp;or workshop&nbsp;materials such as abstracts, research proposals, personal statements, CVs, resumes, application essays, and more.
