Contact Information

My name is Brian Reiley, and I’ve proudly served in the United States Army for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of leading Soldiers at every level—from Team Leader to First Sergeant—while building strong, disciplined teams and helping others grow into leaders themselves.

I’ve held a wide range of roles that have shaped who I am as a leader and mentor. I spent four years as a Drill Sergeant, training and developing over 5,000 Soldiers, and another four years as an Observer Coach/Trainer, where I mentored units during large-scale training exercises. I’ve also served as a Secretary of the General Staff, directly supporting senior leadership and ensuring high-level operations ran smoothly.

In addition to my leadership roles, I’ve earned multiple professional certifications that reflect my commitment to the Army’s core values and the well-being of its people. I’m a certified Master Resilience Trainer, Equal Opportunity Advisor, Unit Prevention Leader, SHARP representative, and Combatives Level IV Instructor. Each of these roles has helped me contribute to building strong, ethical, and inclusive teams.

I’ve completed three combat deployments—two to Iraq and one to Afghanistan—as well as a rotation to South Korea. These experiences have tested and strengthened my ability to lead under pressure, adapt quickly, and remain mission-focused, even in the most demanding environments.

I remain committed to lifelong learning and personal growth. As I step into advisory and academic leadership roles, including serving on a college board, I bring with me the same level of dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence that have guided me throughout my military career. I’m passionate about developing future leaders, supporting educational advancement, and giving back to the communities I serve.
