As we begin the new year, URSCA staff are updating the format of our weekly Friday drop-in hours to better serve our students. We are still available every Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, but students will now pre-book a 15-minute slot to ensure they get prompt, one-on-one attention. And instead of just one staff member holding drop-ins each week, all three of our research staff will be available for booking.  

Students may use this link to schedule a virtual appointment. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance; a unique meting link will be shared upon booking. 

URSCA’s virtual office hours are intended to give students the opportunity to ask questions, receive advice, or workshop materials such as abstracts, research proposals, personal statements, CVs, resumes, application essays, and more. We look forward to providing these services more effectively and to more students through this new system!
