About Us
The Graduate Education & Postdoctoral Affairs Office serves the needs of current residential masters, doctoral students, and postdoctoral fellows along with affiliated departments and programs in the Krieger School of Arts & Sciences.
We are a one stop shop for graduate student program advising and connections to divisional and university resources.
Through our extensive policy and resource listings, we offer support services and guidance to those who pursue their studies in any of the programs offered here at Johns Hopkins University Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences.
Privacy Policy for KSAS Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs Advising
Conversations and correspondences with residential masters and doctoral students, postdoctoral fellows, faculty and/or staff may be considered private upon request unless information shared reveals a direct threat to the residential masters and doctoral students/postdoc/faculty/staff and/or others, and/or reveals sexual harassment/assault information (or any other information for which the university is required by law to report).
Prior to any conversation, or as soon as possible upon engagement, the graduate education team member(s) will verbally share this policy to the student/postdoctoral fellow/faculty/staff member. The graduate education team member(s) will also consult with and/or report in a timely manner to General Counsel, OIE and/or security (as appropriate) on required/questionable matters.
