Mary Louise Healy

The Assistant Dean for Research Administration is responsible for pre- and post-award activities for all sponsored proposals submitted by and awards made to faculty/staff members in the Krieger School. Managing a small team, she provides advice on sponsored and university policy, ensures compliance with reporting and training requirements, provides proposal development and award management services, and represents KSAS in sponsored-related audits.

Prior to joining the Krieger School, Healy served for 21 years in various research administration capacities at Towson University, most recently as assistant vice president for research. She holds a BA from Loyola University Maryland and an MS in human resource development from Towson University. She is active in the National Council of University Research Administrators, for which she serves as a traveling faculty member and a peer reviewer.
