students in a CAMS course

The 13-credit Graduate Certificate Program in Film and Media educates doctoral candidates in the theory, aesthetics, and history of film, video, and other audio-visual media.

Two PhD candidates are chosen each year for one-year fellowships. The fellows, who can come from any discipline in the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, focus on a media-related aspect of their research and studies.

Courses on the various topics relating to media studies are open to all Krieger School of Arts and Sciences students.
