The Krieger School of Arts and Sciences values discovery, community, impact, and integrity.
These values shape everything from our student experience to faculty and staff recognition. Faculty, staff, and students build community together through a rich tapestry of academic, professional, and personal opportunities.

Collaboration
A key aspect of studying or working at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences is collaboration, across both Johns Hopkins and the greater Baltimore community.
Faculty often share academic interests and work across departments, and labs and research groups often span from first-year students through postdocs and senior faculty. Members of the Krieger School community discover more together.
