San Francisco-based Hope Mohr Dance will be visiting JHU and performing their original work, Bacchae Before. Performances in Merrick Barn on Thursday March 30 and Friday March 31. A dance theater project co-directed by Maxe Crandall (playwright) and Hope Mohr (choreographer), inspired by the tragedies of gender reveal parties and Anne Carson’s Bakkhai.
