Congratulations to Sigrid Edson, class of 2023, winner of this year’s Louis Sudler Prize in the Arts. Edson is one of 14 students across the nation to receive the Sudler, in recognition of artistic excellence outside of their major. Edson’s original, full-length play, untitled annoying sad theater teens, or This Is Supposed to Feel Good was staged in Merrick Barn this spring, as part of The Playshop. See pictures here.
