Caroline Egan is a Program Manager in the Center for Teaching Excellence and Innovation (CTEI), leading faculty development programming through the Teaching Academy at Johns Hopkins University. Before joining the CTEI, she led and managed online course production in higher education settings for many years. Her background is in learning design and literary studies, and she has experience teaching and delivering instruction in a variety of educational and organizational contexts. She earned her PhD in English Literature from the University of Maryland.
