MBI Researcher Daeyeol Lee, Bloomberg Distinguished Professor in the Departments of Neuroscience and Psychological and Brain Sciences, was awarded the 31st Samgsung Ho-am Prize for Medicine in recognition of his research on the neural mechanisms of decision-making and his integration of multiple academic disciplines to improve understanding of neuropsychiatric disorders and to offer more possibilities for their treatment

The Ho-am Prize “is presented each year to individuals who have contributed to academics, the arts, and social development, or who have furthered the welfare of humanity through distinguished accomplishments in their respective professional fields”
