Marios Falaris is a Ph.D. student in the Johns Hopkins Department of Anthropology. They received a dual B.A. in Ethnicity, Race & Migration and Political Science from Yale University, as well as an M.Sc. in Anthropology and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Their ethnographic research considers masculinities, intimacy, and kinship in Indian-occupied Kashmir. They have produced podcasts and written review articles for the Society for Cultural Anthropology and have taught in the Department of Anthropology at Johns Hopkins and in the Department of Culture and Politics at Georgetown University.
