East Asian Studies Seminar – Kevin Kind

Graduate student Kevin Kind will present on the Military Occupation and Corvee Labor in Colonial Xinjiang, 1877-1911 for the Spring 2024 EAS Graduate Seminar Series.

The EAS Seminar is primarily an interdisciplinary workshop for graduate students and faculty to present a pre-circulated work-in-progress. Organized by graduate students, the seminar also hosts methodology workshops, career-building workshops, and undergraduate senior theses presentations. The EAS seminar is free to attend and open to all. It is held in Gilman 308 on Tuesday mornings at 10 AM. A zoom option is available for those who cannot attend in person.
