Film and Media Studies, the JHU Alumni Association, and External Affairs made a triumphant return to New York City for a gathering of alumni for drinks, conversation, and networking. Many thanks to our brilliantly astute panelists and JHU Alumni Alexandra Byer, Diana Peralta, Juliette Eisner, and Liz Hodes for sharing their frank observations of the film and entertainment landscape in light of recent strikes, AI, and the not so distant pandemic. This event was possible through the generosity of JHU alum Neal Pilzer and his daughter Julia Pilzer who provided the beautiful Penthouse 45 event space, and the Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund who partnered with us.
