As part of the celebration at Hopkins of Immanuel Kant’s 300th birthday, Prof. Haubenreich participated in post-show discussion of Thomas Bernhard’s play Immanuel Kant, along with translator Douglas Robertson, dramaturg Drew Lichtenberg, and JHU professor Katharina Krauss. The staged reading of the play by actors from the Shakespeare Company in Washington D.C. was the world premiere of the English translation of the play.
