Daniel Wilson, a research fellow at the Alan Turing Institute, explores the potential applications of computational techniques for the exploration of the history of science and technology. He will be discussing work that he completed as part of “Living with Machines,” a groundbreaking research project to reconsider the industrial revolution in the UK through data driven methods. After a brief presentation from Dr. Wilson, the workshop will center around conversation and Q+A.
