Suzanne Block is a Department of Health, Behavior and Society's PhD candidate in Social and Behavioral Sciences program at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her research focuses on the health and well-being of adolescents and young adults living with hepatitis B. Suzanne joined HBS to strengthen her theoretical and methodological understanding of the social and behavioral factors that shape health outcomes. As a recent recipient of an NIH F31 Predoctoral Fellowship grant, she’ll use a combination of quantitative, qualitative, and participatory arts-based methods to raise awareness about hepatitis B and increase access to care.
