Brought to you by the Johns Hopkins University Billie Holiday Center for Liberation Arts and the Center for Africana Studies, this event is part of the Fall 2025 Helena Hicks Speakers Series. “Why Are Health Disparities Everyone’s Problem?” features Bloomberg Distinguished Professor, Lisa Cooper from the Bloomberg School of Public Health (BSPH). The discussion will focus on why health disparities affect everyone and the importance of addressing these issues collectively.
