Health Catastrophe in Gaza with Dr. Feroze Sidhwa

The International Studies Program is holding an event entitled “Health Catastrophe in Gaza,” featuring Dr. Feroze Sidhwa, who has written and spoken extensively about surgical humanitarian work, the United States’ role in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and the political consequences of medical relief work. At this event, Dr. Sidwha will discuss his recent work with the World Health Organization as a trauma surgeon in Gaza. The discussion, which will be moderated by Dr. Ahmed Ragab (History of Medicine, SOM), on JHU’s Homewood Campus. All are welcome to attend; pre-registration is not required.
