Barbara Mikulski joins the Johns Hopkins University this month as professor of public policy and adviser to university president Ron Daniels. Senator Mikulski, who recently completed five terms in office, will serve as a Homewood Professor in the Department of Political Science. Her experience in government and expertise on public policy will be a great asset for International Studies majors and we are thrilled she will be joining the JHU community.
