The 2018 Aronson Center for International Studies speaker series on the Midterm Elections held their inaugural event on Wednesday, September 12.  Homewood Professor and former U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski and Senior Advisor to the Provost for International Affairs Julia Frifield discussed their time in Congress and the importance of the upcoming elections.
