Franz Osilia Rincones ’21 and Carmela Irato ’21 have been named President and Vice President respectively of the International Studies Leadership Council for the 2019-2020 academic year.  The sophomores were also just recently accepted into the BA/MA program with the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, DC.  Congratulations to you both!
