Former Ambassador John Sullivan will be speaking as part of the Milton S. Eisenhower Symposium. Ambassador Sullivan managed the U.S. Embassy in Moscow during its most difficult period in decades, including during the Russian invasion of Ukraine and Britney Grinier’s imprisonment. Ambassador Sullivan is a leader with extensive experience in diplomacy and international relations, and will provide an invaluable perspective on the Russian-Ukranian war.
